Yang Style Tai Chi Long Form DVD

The 108 (Long) Form is a traditional Yang style tai chi form developed by the Yang family, creators of Yang style tai chi. The form in this video is from Fu Zhongwen, disciple to Yang Chengfu, grandson to Yang Luchan (the founder of Yang style tai chi). In this video, Grandmaster Aiping Cheng performs the form both at normal speed and in slow motion, enabling viewers to practice along.
